HomeSafe Mission has partnered with six schools (so far) and has generously donated various items to lighten the burden of supporting learning on families. The proceeds of this drive are being distributed throughout October, and we are accepting more partner schools. Click here to see a full list of partners. Please email outreach@homesafemission.com to request a partnership. We anticipate holding 20% of our inventory for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, local AHEPA chapters, Maids of Athena, and The Sons of Pericles.

Going back to our roots, HomeSafe Mission ran another hygiene drive this summer. The hygiene drives our board ran in North Jersey are what inspired HomeSafe to allow volunteers to begin their own "HomeSafe Projects" and identify a charity they care about in their area and hone skills such as communication and negotiation by partnering with a local business to serve as a collection site. This past summer, we are pleased to announce we returned to Mercy House, and also introduced new partners such as St. Paul Lutheran Church, Center for Hope & Safety, and Families for Families.

Our teenage volunteers from 7 countries and a wide range of states were instructed to make social media posts for HomeSafe. They weren't given many instructions - unless they asked. Some were heavily mentored by our board, and others sent submissions with little to no questions. We love the thought, detail, and level of inquiry from all volunteers! Approximately 15 volunteers' work was featured during a 3-week summer sprint, where one post was made per day, highlighting the "singular best" work from our 15 most engaged volunteers worldwide. We posted around 20 other volunteers' work to our story on Instagram. There will be more incoming in autumn! #HomeSafe #volunteercreatedcontent
